The Boones Mill Apple Festival returns in 2024 with new beneficiaries, organizers and celebrations.
A southwest Virginia event staple is being reimagined with the annual “Apple Festival” in Boones Mill now being in the hands of local non-profit organization Healing Strides, who have enlisted the help of Big Lick Entertainment to take the almost 50th year of this celebration to new heights.
Patrons are invited to attend the new celebration on Saturday, August 24th in downtown Boones Mill along Main Street and more.
The event will feature dozens of eclectic vendors and exhibitors, live music, kids activities, educational experiences, beer garden and of course, treats and eats centered around “all things apple”!
All proceeds from the event will now benefit local Boones Mill non-profit, Healing Strides.
